为保障2024大湾区科学论坛年会筹备工作顺利进行，更好服务论坛国际化，大湾区科学论坛秘书处现面向大湾区内高校、科研机构招募2024年大湾区科学论坛国际志愿者，有关事项如下：
The Secretariat of Greater Bay Area Science Forum (GSF) is recruiting international volunteers from universities and research institutions across the Greater Bay Area as part of its preparations for the upcoming annual conference in 2024, in a bid to present a more international gathering for the science community.
岗位信息
General Information
大湾区科学论坛国际志愿者，招募主体人群为国际留学生（包括港澳籍学生）、在华外籍工作人士。
工作时间：2024年10--11月
工作地点：广东、香港、澳门
We are looking for international students (including those from Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions) and expats working in China.
The recruited international volunteers are required to work from October to November 2024 in such locations as Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
招募对象
Candidates
1. 全日制在读本科生或研究生，专业不限；
2. 在华外籍工作人士。
注：以本地实习生为主，特别优秀者可以跨地区邀请。
1. You are expected to be a student on a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, regardless of your field of study;
2. An expat working in China.
Please note that local interns will be first considered and exceptionally outstanding candidates can apply for a position in cities other than their own.

Eligibility
1. 具备良好的品德修养，品行端正，无犯罪记录；
2. 具有奉献精神，有较强的团队意识；
3. 身体健康，具有良好的心理素质和适应能力；
4. 具有较强学习能力、沟通能力及执行能力；
5. 英语良好。

2. Professionally dedicated and committed, with a strong sense of teamwork;
3. Physically and mentally healthy, resilient and adaptive;
4. Adept at learning, communication and execution;
5. Highly proficient in written and oral English.

2024年3月1日—2024年6月30日
You are required to submit your application between March 1st , 2024-June 30, 2024.
招募流程
Recruitment Process
2024年3-6月：接收简历
2024年 7月: 初选，初选合格者进入国际志愿者人才库
2024年 8月: 面试，由用人部门挑选初选合格志愿者进入面试环节
2024年9月：录用，签署志愿者协议
2024年10-11月：岗位培训、上岗
2024年12月：颁发志愿服务证书
March-June 2024: Application submission.
July 2024: preliminary selection. Those shortlisted will enter the talent pool of international volunteers.
August 2024: interview. Business teams select the candidates in the pool for an interview.
September 2024: successful candidates will receive an official offer and sign a volunteer agreement with the Secretariat of GSF.
October-November 2024: orientation and training; commencement of duties.
December 2024: presentation of volunteer certificates.
